Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager - E-Commerce to drive growth across leading marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role involves managing end-to-end marketplace operations, promotions, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to maximize revenue and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, TATA 1mg, Meesho, Jiomart, Quick Commerce & D2C (Shopify).
- Handle product listings, pricing, availability, promotions, and pin- code reach.
- Plan and execute ads, deals, coupons, and platform-led campaigns.
- Track sales, ROI, and SKU-level performance; prepare regular reports and insights.
- Optimize listings, images, A+ content, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment, SLA compliance, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in E-commerce Key Account Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Analytical, organized, and strong stakeholder management skills.
