Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with an advertising or digital marketing agency and possess a strong understanding of brand communication, creative campaigns, and digital design trends. The candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling creatives that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into innovative and visually appealing designs.
- Collaborate closely with the content, client servicing, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality creatives.
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and follow the client’s communication guidelines.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.
- Revise designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a graphic design role (experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency will be preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral.
- Strong creative thinking, typography, color sense, and layout design skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preference:
Candidates with prior experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency environment will be given preference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
