24 HIGH is a premium commercial real estate developer based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Explain project details and answer customer queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales/Telecalling.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
