Job Role:
- On-site service support for desktops, laptops & peripherals
- Basic networking troubleshooting
- Handling warranty & AMC calls
- Supporting banking devices & systems
Requirements:
- Basic hardware & networking knowledge
- Field service experience preferred
- Two-wheeler & valid license
- Good customer handling skills
