The consultant collaborates with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to deliver scalable e-commerce platforms and digital commerce solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for e-commerce and digital commerce solutions.

- Customer Support Modules
- Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ERP
- SAP CRM
- SAP CPI/PI/PO
- Third-party applications and payment gateways
- Develop APIs and web services using REST/SOAP.
- Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues.
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security compliance.
