Role Overview
The Games Experience Executive is responsible for delivering a fun, safe, and engaging experience for guests across all gaming zones. This role involves assisting customers, managing game operations, and ensuring all equipment is functioning smoothly. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction through active interaction and on-ground support.
Key Responsibilities
Game Floor Operations
· Manage day-to-day operations across gaming zones and other attractions.
· Ensure all gaming equipment is functional, clean, and ready for use.
· Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for maintenance and repairs.
Customer Experience
· Greet and assist guests, explaining game rules and usage where required.
· Ensure a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for all customers.
· Handle customer queries, concerns, and minor complaints in a professional manner.
On-Ground Support & Engagement
· Actively engage with guests on the floor to enhance their overall experience.
· Monitor gameplay and ensure fair usage and adherence to safety guidelines.
· Support group activities, parties, and events as required.
Safety & Compliance
· Ensure all safety protocols are followed across gaming zones.
· Guide customers on safety instructions before gameplay.
· Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
Coordination & Reporting
· Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth functioning.
· Maintain basic logs for game usage, issues, and daily activities.
· Support supervisors in daily operational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Customer-focused attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.
· Basic technical understanding of gaming equipment is an advantage.
· Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
