We are looking for a D2C Associate to support and drive business growth across India and US markets. The role involves managing and understanding Shopify, website flow, customer journey, retention marketing, affiliate marketing, while identifying opportunities to improve conversions and overall D2C performance.
Responsibilities:
· Support D2C growth across India and US markets.
· Monitor Shopify sales, conversion rate, AOV, customer behaviour, and key D2C metrics.
· Understand and support Meta Ads, retention marketing, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
· Regularly check the complete website flow, including product pages, cart, checkout, and payment journey.
· Monitor payment gateways and checkout partners and identify issues affecting customer experience.
· Analyse competitors, customer behaviour, and market trends.
· Prepare sales and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
· Coordinate with internal teams to execute D2C growth initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
