Job Summary:
The Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, parents, students, or stakeholders. The role involves handling queries, providing support, coordinating communication, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients/stakeholders
- Handle queries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and communication effectively
- Maintain records and update databases regularly
- Support admissions, customer service, or administrative processes as required
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction through professional interaction and support
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and presentable personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team
- Prior experience in customer relations/admissions/front office will be preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
