The ideal candidate will have a robust background in engineering management, a deep understanding of technology trends, and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of engineers.

Experience with modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile preferred).

- PhD(preferred) or Master's degree in a relevant technical field will be considered.
