Who We're Looking For
We're looking for e-commerce freelancers, D2C brand consultants, digital marketing professionals, Shopify or marketplace experts, or growth advisors who are already connected with D2C founders, online store owners, or e-commerce agencies — and can actively identify, approach, and onboard them as CollabifySpace clients.
This is a hunting role. We need someone who finds the right businesses, uncovers their digital gaps, pitches our solutions confidently, and brings them onboard as paying clients. You are the first point of contact — not just a lead passer.
Responsibilities
- Actively identify and approach D2C brand founders, e-commerce store owners, marketplace sellers wanting their own store, and digital-first retail brands
- Have consultative conversations to uncover pain points — only on marketplaces, poor website, no automation, losing customers after first purchase, no loyalty system
- Pitch and position CollabifySpace solutions naturally
- Screen and qualify leads before passing to our internal team
- Coordinate through proposal, demo, and closure
- Ensure smooth client onboarding handover
- Maintain active prospect pipeline and weekly reporting

- Already working with or speaking to D2C founders, online sellers, or e-commerce brands
- Comfortable initiating conversations and positioning digital solutions
- Experience in e-commerce consulting, digital marketing, Shopify, or D2C growth
- Understands pain points like marketplace dependency, customer drop-off, manual operations
- Self-motivated, target-driven, performance-income comfortable
- Wants flexible work without fixed hours
Compensation
- 15–20% commission on every closed client project
- Projects start from $1,000 — no ceiling on deal size
- Higher slabs for larger or repeat engagements
- Paid at client payment milestones
Pay: ₹9,739.04 - ₹60,076.65 per month
