Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements
Promote and explain real estate projects to prospective clients
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets
Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships
Assist in deal closures and documentation processes
Stay updated with local market trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements
Candidates should have a background in Real Estate Sales
Strong understanding of the local real estate market, consumer behaviour, and project positioning
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals
Willingness to travel to project sites and meet clients as required
Target-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
