- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- CA, CMA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including senior leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in cash flow management, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
