Job Summary
We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer with experience in Workday Planning to support application development, system integration, and business process improvements. The ideal candidate should be able to work with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in team discussions and project planning activities.
- Develop, support, and enhance applications using Workday Planning.
- Assist in system integrations and data migration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Document application processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Workday Planning.
- Understanding of application development and software lifecycle processes.
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of user interface and user experience principles is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of overall IT experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday Planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI, automation, or modern enterprise technologies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
