Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive property sales, manage a team of sales executives, and build strong client and developer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team productivity, and ensuring seamless execution of real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives and closing managers
- Drive sales for residential and/or commercial real estate projects
- Generate and assign leads, and ensure effective follow-ups and conversions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for team members
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage firm
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Target-driven with a strong focus on revenue generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus
- Experience in Gurgaon/NCR real estate market
- Existing network of clients or channel partners
