AKF Life Style Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging lifestyle and ethnic fashion brand specializing in premium ethnic wear, bridal collections, and luxury sarees. We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and passionate Social Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and elevate our brand through engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, stories, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
- Cover product launches, photoshoots, events, and behind-the-scenes content whenever required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Fashion Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual content planning skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
