Job Role: Field Recruiter – HR (Retail & E-commerce)
Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of frontline staff for retail stores, warehouses, and e-commerce operations through field hiring, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through field visits, job portals, referrals, and job fairs.
- Conduct walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.
- Manage documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Build local hiring networks with institutes and placement agencies.
- Meet hiring targets and maintain recruitment reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, or Staffing.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
