Job Title: HR Executive / Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Recruitment
Location: Coimbatore
CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and process-driven HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR operations. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and taking ownership of HR functions in a fast-paced organisation.
Experience Required
- 4 to 6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in payroll processing for 600+ employees is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment across multiple levels of employees.
- Manufacturing, poultry, FMCG, or similar industry experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, staff, and managerial positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure positions are filled within agreed timelines.
- Maintain and track recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure zero payroll discrepancies.
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Statutory Compliance
- Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for timely filings and submissions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
HR Systems & Process Implementation
- Maintain and improve HRMS and attendance systems.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and approval workflows.
- Drive digitisation and process improvements within the HR department.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports covering manpower, recruitment, payroll, attrition, attendance, and leave data.
- Generate and present reports as required by the management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee databases.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations.
- Good understanding of PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS software.
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Process-oriented and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
