Key Responsibilities:
Develop protein powder formulations.
Optimize food processing methods.
Conduct product stability and shelf-life studies.
Develop new functional food products.
Coordinate laboratory testing.
Support scale-up from R&D to commercial production.
Qualifications:
B.Tech/M.Tech Food Technology or M.Sc Food Science/Food Technology.
2–5 years of experience in food product development.
Experience with protein powders or nutraceuticals is preferred.
Skills:
Product formulation
Food processing
Shelf-life studies
HACCP and GMP knowledge
Strong documentation skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
