We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting potential clients into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
- Update CRM or records with customer details and status.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
