Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Administer payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Maintain statutory registers, licenses, and compliance documentation.
- Manage office administration, facilities, housekeeping, security, and transportation.
- Oversee vendor management and administrative service contracts.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Support workforce planning and manpower deployment across projects.
- Ensure a productive, compliant, and efficient work environment.
