Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Chembur East, Mumbai
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company services and generate leads through calls
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and business opportunities
- Maintain daily call records and customer database
- Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements and closures
- Handle customer queries professionally over calls and emails
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
