We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our hostel team. The primary role is to prepare nutritious and tasty meals for residents while ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring meals are served on time.
- Variety and Quality: Cook a variety of cuisines (e.g., North/South Indian) and manage large-scale cooking.
- Menu Adherence: Follow pre-set menus and dietary guidelines, ensuring food is nutritious and appealing.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen environment, including cooking equipment and storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Monitor food supplies, manage inventory, and notify management of stock shortages.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to food health and safety regulations
