A Senior Architect Sales professional plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging their deep
technical expertise and strategic sales skills. They work with high-profile clients, manage key accounts, and
develop business strategies to expand market reach.
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architecture, construction, and real estate
sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and key decision-
makers.
Lead high-value negotiations and close complex deals.
2. Technical Consultation & Solution Selling
Provide advanced technical insights and recommend solutions that align with architectural standards and
client needs.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to tailor solutions for large-scale projects.
Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, materials, and industry innovations.
3. Client & Account Management
Manage key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships with high-value clients.
Address client concerns, provide technical support, and ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular follow-ups and post-sales engagement to maintain client satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and guide junior sales architects, providing training and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and project management teams to refine offerings.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
Provide feedback to senior management on potential market expansions and product enhancements.
Develop sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets.

Extensive experience in architectural sales, business development, or a related field.

Pay: ₹70,933.78 - ₹80,512.96 per month
