You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used in application support. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Strong understanding of system administration and network protocols.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner.
