Responsibilities:
1. Designing User Interfaces: Create visually appealing, responsive and user-friendly interfaces for digital products or services, considering usability, accessibility, and user experience principles.
2. User Experience Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights and inform the design process. Use the findings to improve the user experience and make informed design decisions.
3. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
4. Visual Design: Create high-quality visual designs, including layouts, graphics, icons, and other visual elements, to enhance the overall look and feel of the digital products or services.
5. Front-End Development Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of HTML, CSS (including SCSS), Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on designs. Communicate design concepts effectively and present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on the implemented designs to ensure they meet the intended user experience and design specifications.
8. Time Management and Prioritization: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
10. Team Player and Independent Worker: Collaborate effectively with team members and actively participate in design discussions, while also having the ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects.
