Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to join our team in Sanand, Gujarat. The candidate will assist skilled workers with day-to-day operations, material handling, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, welders, fitters, and other production staff in daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the workplace.
- Arrange tools, equipment, and materials as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support machine operators and production teams during operations.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Perform general labor and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- 1 years of experience as a Helper in a manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or industrial environment.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a factory or industrial setup.
- Good work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
