Job Description
Muzris Gold and Diamonds is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our showroom in Eramalloor. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a premium jewellery retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase gold, diamond, and precious jewellery collections.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
- Explain product features, pricing, and certification details.
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, inventory support, and customer follow-up.
- Provide after-sales assistance and resolve customer queries.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2years of experience in jewellery or retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality and customer-oriented attitude.
