Role Overview
- Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers or clients.
- Acts as the first point of contact to provide information, resolve queries, and promote products/services.
- Ensures customer satisfaction while meeting daily call and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage politely and professionally with customers over the phone.
- Information Sharing: Explain products, services, offers, or policies clearly.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Problem Resolution: Handle complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in CRM systems.
Required Skills

- Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and CRM usage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
