Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s sales and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements
- 1.5 – 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience using CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
