Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain files, records, and documents
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Support staff and management with daily tasks
- Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Ensure the office is clean and organized
Skills Required:

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)

- Problem-solving ability
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional certification in office administration (optional)
- Previous experience is a plus

- Usually full-time, may include fixed working hours
