About the Role
We're looking for a full-stack engineer who can build complete products end to end — frontend interfaces, backend services, and the AI features that power them. You'll own features from UI to inference, working across the entire stack.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces and connect them to backend services
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based features into production
- Build AI-driven user experiences — chat interfaces, streaming responses, semantic search
- Build data pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference workloads
- Integrate third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and manage prompt engineering, RAG systems, and vector databases
- Optimize performance across the stack: page load, API latency, and AI inference cost
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with product and design to ship end-to-end features
- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
- Full stack development experience
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular; TypeScript; modern CSS
- Backend: Python, Node.js, Go, or Java; API design and microservices
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML features in production — not just prototypes
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching (Redis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) or LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows
Nice to Have
- Next.js, Nuxt, or similar full stack frameworks
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
- Model fine-tuning, quantization, or serving at scale (vLLM, Triton)
- MLOps tooling (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow)
- Streaming/event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Strong design sensibility or UX experience
- Open-source contributions or published work in AI/ML
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
