Experience Required:
- Minimum 2+ Years in HR
- Salary Package:
- ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Employee onboarding & joining formalities
- Managing employee lifecycle
- Conducting induction programs
- Attendance & leave coordination
- Employee engagement activities
- HR documentation and database management
- Coordination with employees and management
- Performance management support
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint knowledge
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Positive and professional attitude
Qualification:
- MBA in HR or relevant qualification
