We are hiring a Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage customer enquiries, convert leads into orders, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand customer needs and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Perform regular follow-ups to ensure closure
- Resolve customer queries and post-sales issues professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Requirements:
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience are welcome
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
