NMT invites applications from dynamic individuals with excellent communication and fundraising skills for the position of Manager, Resource Mobilisation. This position will support the Fundraising and Partnership team in identifying donor resources, raising funds, and writing proposals for the long-term sustainability of NMT programs.
NMT invites applications from dynamic individuals for the position of Accounts Executive.
1. Execution, Documentation & Renewal of Agreements for Short Term & Long Term admissions at all residential Care Centres.
2. In-Patient billing entries (receipts and payments, services, material supplied & miscellaneous) for all residential patients in Patient Billing Software.
3. Generation of Bills and Receipts of In – Patients, scanning and sending to guardians & follow up of outstanding
4. Upload of billing data on Payment Gateway & Monitoring of receipts & overdues.
5. Maintaining Patients bill files & related records
6. Periodical Tallying of amount held as refundable deposits of Patients
7. Periodical tallying of outstanding – Receivables and Payables.
8. Periodical tallying of data in billing software and accounting software.
9. Checking of billable sheets of residential Care Centres.
10.Responding to Queries of Families of Residents.
11. Any other responsibilities as and when required allotted by the Trust.
Educational Qualification:
1. Graduate in any stream B.Com/B.Sc/BBM/BBA/BA .
Experience and Skills:
1. 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in accounts.
2. Exposure to handling billing in an healthcare set up
3. Should be proficient in handling MS Excel.
