- End-to-end recruitment ownership
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, networking, referrals, and talent mapping
- Candidate assessment and competency-based screening
- Stakeholder and client management
- Offer negotiation and mandate closure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ownership and delivery mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced executive search environment
