Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound US travel PPC calls and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, hotel bookings, vacation packages, and travel-related services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel products to maximize revenue.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
- Resolve customer queries and provide post-booking support when required.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fares, and travel industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Travel Sales (PPC Campaigns).
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
