Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and corporate clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales teams to provide personalized customer support.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases accurately.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operational activities across sales, inventory, production, and dispatch departments.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order processing from receipt to delivery.
- Ensure proper stock management of jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, and packaging materials.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams for smooth supply chain operations.
- Implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
Sales & Coordination
- Support sales teams in achieving business targets.
- Coordinate between customers, production, and inventory teams for order execution.
- Prepare operational and customer service reports for management review.
- Assist in planning promotional activities and customer engagement programs.
Team Management
- Supervise customer service and operations staff.
- Conduct training programs to improve customer handling and operational efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and establish service excellence standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
