Job Summary
We are seeking a Procurement cum Store Incharge to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, inventory control, and store operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting the smooth functioning of store and procurement processes. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle procurement and purchasing activities.
· Maintain inventory and stock records.
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
· Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
· Verify goods received and maintain proper documentation.
· Prepare purchase orders and related reports.
Requirements:
· Any Bachelor's Degree.
· 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement and store management.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management.
