1. Production Planning & Execution
- Plan daily/weekly production schedules based on export orders
- Coordinate with the production team to meet shipment deadlines
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks
2. Export Order Coordination
- Work closely with the export/dispatch team for order details
- Understand buyer specifications, quality standards, and packaging requirements
- Ensure production aligns with international client requirements
3. Quality Control
- Ensure products meet export quality standards
- Maintain records of quality checks and approvals
- Handle rejection, rework, or corrective actions
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain production records, batch details, and reports
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and standards (like ISO, buyer specs)
- Support documentation required for export shipments
5. Team Supervision
- Supervise shop-floor workers and operators
- Assign duties and monitor performance
- Ensure discipline, safety, and productivity
- Provide training if needed
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
