Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead with strong expertise in SAP Logistics modules to lead end-to-end testing activities across SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test strategy, test planning, team leadership, defect management, and client communication, along with hands-on knowledge of SAP Logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP testing activities for implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test schedules.
Manage and mentor a team of SAP test engineers.
Coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers.
Review business requirements and functional specifications to ensure complete test coverage.
Design, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and regression test suites.
Track defects, prioritize issues, and coordinate defect resolution with cross-functional teams.
Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End Business Process Testing.
Prepare test status reports, quality metrics, and executive dashboards.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality standards.
Support production validation activities during deployments and hypercare.
Required Skills
5+ years of SAP testing experience.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP Logistics modules, including:
SAP MM (Materials Management)
SAP SD (Sales Distribution)
SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management)
SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
SAP PP (Production Planning) – preferred
Experience leading SAP testing teams.
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and end-to-end logistics workflows.
Experience with test management tools such as ALM, Solution Manager, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience in defect management and test reporting.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
SAP certification in Logistics modules is an advantage.
Experience with integration testing involving third-party systems.
