10+ years of experience in enterprise data analytics, BI development, and data engineering roles
Strong expertise in SQL Server and SSIS to design, optimize, and support complex, high-volume production ETL pipelines
Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI including data modeling, DAX, governed datasets, and enterprise dashboards
Proven experience working with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, Secret Manager) and Python for automation, monitoring, and integrations
Solid background in data quality, reconciliation, performance tuning, and production support, with ability to act as a senior escalation point, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with engineering and DBAs in Agile environments
