Job Overview
We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive / Customer Coordinator with experience in customer coordination, order management, and client relationship handling.
The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to manufacturing operations and possess strong coordination skills to manage customer requirements efficiently across departments including Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounts.
Candidates from Manufacturing, Transformers, CRGO, Engineering, Industrial Products, or related industries will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and service requirements
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounts teams for smooth and timely execution of customer requirements
- Receive, track, and communicate customer orders, feedback, and service requests
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and issue resolution
- Maintain and update customer records in ERP/CRM systems
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure closure within agreed timelines
- Handle payment follow-ups and customer coordination professionally
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams
- Prepare reports, customer correspondence, and status updates
- Support management with customer-related reporting and performance tracking
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction

Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Coordination, Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Order Management
- Experience handling customer complaints and order processing workflows
- Exposure to manufacturing operations and interdepartmental coordination preferred
