Job Summary
Rohan Corporation is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman/Women with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing working and submission drawings, 3D models, and coordinating with project and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and submission drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare and modify civil, architectural, and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models using SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify measurements and site conditions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams.
- Update drawings based on site requirements and design changes.
- Prepare as-built drawings when required.
- Maintain proper records of drawings and revisions.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate for corrections.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and completed within project timelines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and 3D modelling.
- Good understanding of civil and construction drawings.
- Experience in preparing working and submission drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements and inspection.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory for site visits.
- Candidates with residential/commercial real estate project experience will be preferred.
