- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues efficiently.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within complex software environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of software malfunctions.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and version control systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
