Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics for High School classes following the school academic plan.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, tests, and revision materials.
- Conduct concept-based and application-oriented teaching.
- Use experiments, demonstrations, models, and digital tools to simplify difficult concepts.
- Conduct regular class tests after lesson completion and maintain student performance records.
- Provide remedial coaching for weak students and enrichment support for high achievers.
- Maintain discipline and positive classroom environment.
- Coordinate with academic leadership regarding syllabus completion and student progress.
- Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, academic reviews, and school activities.
- Support school initiatives for academic excellence and student development.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics
- B.Ed. is preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching passion may also apply
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual knowledge in Physics
- Ability to explain numerical and problem-solving methods clearly
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage students through practical teaching methods
- Basic computer and digital teaching skills preferred
- Commitment towards discipline, punctuality, and academic results
