Educational Requirements
- Minimum: High School (12th Pass)
- Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
Experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills are often welcome (0–2 years)
- Or 1–3 years of relevant experience in telecalling/customer service for “junior” roles
Core Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities (in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages)
- Active listening and empathy to understand customer needs
- Persuasion and basic sales techniques
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Organized, punctual, and capable of working under pressure or meeting targets
Technical Proficiency
- Basic computer literacy: MS Office, CRM systems, and call‑center tools
- Comfortable entering data and updating customer information digitally
Additional (Preferred) Qualifications
- Experience in BPO or similar setups, or certifications in customer service/telemarketing
- Adaptable communication styles, depending on customer behavior or context
- Familiarity with compliance norms, call scripting, or performance tracking tools (KPIs, conversion rates)
