Key Responsibilities:
Learn and support end-to-end US IT Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Learn IT technologies and recruitment best practices
Required Skills:
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
✔Willingness to learn IT recruitment and sourcing techniques
✔Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research
✔Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in Recruitment
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
