We're Hiring:– MIS Analyst - Business Development Department
Location: STAR Hospitals, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Track the performance of Corporate Accounts, Insurance Companies, and TPA Tie-ups by analyzing patient volumes, revenue contribution, and business trends.
- Prepare Referral Doctor Analytics by mapping patient footfalls, identifying referral patterns, and tracking high-value referring doctors and clinics.
- Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports on key hospital performance indicators, including:
- Bed Occupancy
- Revenue per Occupied Bed (RevPOR)
- Department-wise revenue and patient statistics
- Monitor the effectiveness of Health Check-up Camps, Community Outreach Programs, and Digital Marketing Campaigns by evaluating lead conversions and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct Competitor Benchmarking by analyzing pricing, service offerings, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Support the Business Development team with data-driven insights, dashboards, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, Healthcare Operations, or Business Development
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards).
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry .
