Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team for customer inquiries and order execution.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
Maintain proper records of sales orders, client communications, and follow-ups.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
2. Customer Handling
Attend customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, payments, and dispatch status.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with dealers, distributors, fabricators, and project clients.
3. Order Processing
Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
Ensure proper order entry in ERP/software/system.
Track pending orders and update customers regarding delivery timelines.
4. Coordination with Internal Departments
Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups and outstanding reports.
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch planning.
Support management with sales reports and MIS preparation.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update management regarding order status, pending payments, and customer feedback.
6. Product Knowledge
Maintain knowledge of window & door hardware products, profiles, accessories, locks, handles, hinges, and fittings.
Support customers with basic product information and specifications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
