Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll-related administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle routine employee queries.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, MBA(HR)
- 1–4 years of HR experience. Experience in a Law firm will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
